In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales leader to provide expertise in talent acquisition, comprehending hiring needs, position specifications, and search prerequisites.
Everyday, you will craft and execute search approaches, employing industry research, networking, cold calling, and intricate online searches to identify both active and passive sales candidates.
To thrive in this role, you must possess a minimum of 10 years of Sales Recruitment experience, showcasing strong sourcing skills, an understanding of the sales recruitment lifecycle, and exceptional communication abilities.

Partner with our Sales leader and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
Create and execute search strategies to source active & passive sales candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches
Engage with sales candidates to create strong relationships; simultaneously sell a role & assess candidates for fit
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity and proactive communication
Ensure OFCCP and EEO compliance standards are upheld / adhere to internal company processes associated with all aspects of recruiting to maintain compliance
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
Prepare a long-term recruitment strategy and plan that aligns with our business mission and vision
Draft job descriptions and required qualifications for all current and potential roles
Work with the hiring managers to source and qualify and the most suitable candidate
Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Assist with the interview process, attend and conduct interviews with key stakeholders as needed.
10 years of Sales Recruitment experience, industry experience preferred
Strong sourcing and recruiting background for Sales Professionals
Understands the sales recruitment lifecycle, ability to sell the opportunity to passive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines, KPIs and other goals as defined
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding and diversity/inclusion sourcing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Pay Range:
$ USD $158,000.00 - $189,000.00
The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
