Duties & Responsibilities
·Support the ECCT project development and implementation. Responsible for identification and recruitment of resources to staff work groups (e.g., Child Welfare Contributing Agency (CWCA)Foster Parent Support, DCFS Staff) and ongoing communication regarding court team and waiver operations as needed. Create and manage tools to support workflow. Provide coordination for timely submission of all required evaluations; work plans; reports of progress. Support the development and implementation of ECCT policies and procedures.
·Provides supervision for the Communications and Data Support Specialists including ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and evaluation; may provide supervision of other staff, including parent partners pending program growth.
·Actively builds and maintains positive working relationships with ECCT team, local organizations, relevant stakeholders, DCFS, and CWCAs. Supports project organization and communication by identifying professional networks statewide for the programs and their external stakeholders. Recognizes and respects equity and diversity within professional networks as well as in the community and within families. Ensure that communication strategies are inclusive and accessible to others. Builds collegial relationships with diverse professional networks and supports program communications with stakeholders by providing program information; identify and engage community stakeholders to provide support for families engaged in ECCT.
·Prepares and analyzes monthly client data and agency provider performance in support of continuous quality improvement.
·Provide support for fiscal oversight of NPP contracts by analyzing expenditure data as a performance measure for agency providers.
· Provide oversight of data management and continuous quality improvement (CQI) through preparation of excel reports and serves as a liaison to Office of Information Technology Services (OITS) to resolve data dilemmas.
·Conducts routine analyses of training needs and develops work plans, supports curriculum and coaching for staff development.
