The Marketing Operations Data Analyst supports Illinois Tech enrollment by managing the scheduling and queuing of enrollment marketing email and text communications, establishing key performance indicators for multichannel enrollment marketing campaigns, creating dashboards in Salesforce and Google Data Studio to evaluate marketing plan performance, and assisting in troubleshooting CRM communication data issues. Qualifications Education & Experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred degree in Business Administration, Marketing Analytics, Data Science and Visualization, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or similar. Knowledge & Skills Experience that demonstrates the ability to manage multiple (often competing) priorities, document procedures, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet tight deadlines; Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA3/GA4), Google Data Studio, SQL databases, statistical analysis software such as Python or R; Demonstrated experience in project management, executing communication campaigns, and data reporting/data visualization; Experience working with a Constituent Relationship Management ( CRM ) system. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated high degree of independence and initiative; Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on a team; Experience managing stakeholder groups; Knowledge of higher education admissions cycles; Experience working with Salesforce CRM , Google Data Studio and Microsoft Excel; Experience with project management software; A minimum of 2 years of work experience in higher education or non-profit field.
