Ikill Pest Control is Hiring a CSR - Customer Service Representative Near Arcadia, CA

CSR

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become part of our team! We are a family owned pest control company and growing! You will be working with our sales and management team. Responsibilities will be, customer support, sales support, office support, lead data management and taking customer calls for new and current customers. This is a position for a dynamic result and goal-oriented individual, capable of multi tasking. You must be able to work 8AM-5PM shifts. Pay starts $18-$25 per hour to start with experience. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy phone and online appointments
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns on a timely manner
  • Organize and file
  • Communicate pertinent client information to designated departments
  • Self-start and work independently
  • Work in a group
  • Schedule
  • Process and collect payments
  • Assist HR and CEO

Qualifications:

Successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk service, or other related fields
  • Telephone sales experience
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive Energetic Attitude
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
  • The ability to self-start and work independently
  • Willing to learn about insects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of all pest control applications is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
