We are growing our team and are looking for motivated team members to grow with us and have an immediate need for a Qualified Project Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides leadership for construction services to our clients resulting in on-time delivery, within budget, and with the highest quality project to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Cultivates new and existing business relationships by actively engaging in client pursuits, RFP’s, and project interviews.
  • Participates with the Superintendent, Estimator, and other project team members in the preconstruction efforts to ensure the accomplishment of the service objectives and a seamless transition into the construction phase.
  • Continuously leads the pre-planning efforts to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed prior to mobilization and throughout the construction process resulting in professional project management.
  • Review, monitor, and manage the project budget, construction costs, and other financials resulting in the accomplishment of the project objectives and profitability.
  • Proactively manages disputes and claims resulting in a timely and fair resolution of issues.
  • Understands the Federal Acquisition Regulations and how they impact the project.
  • Maintains quality control focus to support the Quality Control program, which will ensure project quality objectives are completed.
  • Implements all required risk management policies and procedures resulting in managed risk for the company with every project.
  • Completes all closeout efforts in a timely manner by archiving project information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for regular, consistent attendance at the normal workplace and, in some instances,, at job sites, regulatory agencies, owner, subcontractor, vendor, and other company offices as required by work activities and supervision.
  • Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment by modeling safe work behaviors, supporting and communicating safety work standards, and holding direct reports accountable for compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • To ensure the continuous growth of our business, each employee is responsible for the positive promotion of iiCON Construction Group to external business partners and contacts and for sharing information regarding business opportunities with direct manager.
  • Responsible for proving assistance with miscellaneous duties and team initiatives as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Engineering Equivalent programs of study.

Location: This position will be based in Colorado Springs and may include working on the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year depending on experience.
