Hosts are the face of IHOP and responsible for making our guests feel warmly welcomed. Host responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and packing to-go orders, and following all COVID-19 guidelines and procedures. Hosts need to be quick on their feet and have a polite and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests
• Attend guests promptly
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and package to-go orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH team members
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy

Requirements:

• Age 18 apply ONLY. No minors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift:

• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
