We are hiring graveyard hosts! Shift is from 10 pm - 5 am, full-time. Apply online or in-store!

Hosts are the face of IHOP and are responsible for making our guests feel welcome. Host responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking and packing to-go orders, and following all guidelines and procedures. Hosts must be quick on their feet and have a polite, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests
• Attend guests promptly
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and package to-go orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations
• Collaborate with BOH and FOH team members
• Handle complaints/problems appropriately and with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Follow guidelines and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries and transactions with patience and professionalism.
• Excellent people skills and a friendly attitude.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles.
• Willingness to adapt to changing work conditions.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay:

• Pay from minimum wage up to $18/hr DOE (depending on experience)

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
