About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Pediatric Operations to join its innovative and patient-focused network. The successful candidate will be a strategic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of growth levers and operational best practices in outpatient physical therapy. Key responsibilities include driving operational excellence, upholding clinical and industry standards, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives. The role demands a proven leader with a high degree of emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to solve complex business challenges. The RVP will also be responsible for the overall operational performance of all clinics within the region, including talent development, clinical and financial operations, and fostering relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources.Qualified candidates for the Regional Vice President of Pediatric Operations position should have a minimum of five years of regional clinical leadership experience in an outpatient setting, with a track record of operating a P&L in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role requires an individual with an ownership mentality, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to overcome obstacles. Experience in opening new clinics, leading acquisitions, and turning around underperforming clinics is highly valued. A degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology is preferred but not required. The candidate must be dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes, clinic operations, financial performance, and quality of care, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
