Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for chasing down leads, selling to homeowners, general contractors, and builders, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
· Meet with potential clients to assess their insulation needs, take measurements, and provide estimates on costs.
· Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of iFOAM's products, services, and pricing.
· Collaborate with the installation team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors.
The ideal candidate:
· Previous experience in construction sales is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· High School GED
· Ability to climb ladders, access attics, and crawl spaces for measurement purposes.
· 2 or more years of sales or customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
o Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
o Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
o Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
o Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
o Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and must be able to travel on short notice.
o Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods
