The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for leading and supporting core talent processes to include performance management, strategic talent reviews, compensation planning, talent acquisition & onboarding new hires. As an HR Generalist, you will partner with internal customers on employee relations, coaching leaders on performance, & various talent development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-3 years of progressively responsible related HR experience supporting core talent processes such as performance management, strategic talent reviews, etc.
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical and business information and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- Proficient experience working with an HRIS.
