IES Residential is Hiring an Electrical Foreman Near Louisville, KY

General Job Description

KEP a division of IES Residential is seeking Jobsite Supervisor (Electrical Foreman) who will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the company.

A successful Electrical Jobsite Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of craft workers engaged in the layout, installation, and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment. The Foreman continually motivates their crew in taking ownership and pride in achieving the overall goals of the company.

As an Electrical Jobsite Supervisor, you will be given the tools to be successful in your role which include a company vehicle, phone, and tablet.

Specific Qualifications
  • At least 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Foreman in Multi-Family area
  • Possess knowledge of the current National Electric Code
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements
  • Ability to read and accurately interpret construction electrical drawings
  • Demonstrates safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment
