Position: Technical Trainer

Relevant Experience required: 5 years

JD:

The Technical Trainer will design and implement a comprehensive technical training program for client

employees, focusing on the software, systems, and equipment used within our organization.

Responsibilities include creating a training plan and curriculum tailored to organizational needs,

developing training literature and materials, designing exercises to enhance end-user training

courses, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the program's effectiveness.

Required Skills:

- CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) Certification

- 3 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

- 5 years of relevant work experience

- Degree in information technology or a computer science-related field

- MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) certification

- Experience in assessing training needs

- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for large organizations

- Experience in planning and delivering instructional courses for individuals and groups

- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office365 Suite, including Microsoft Teams and OneDrive

- Expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge

- Familiarity with mobile user interfaces: Apple iOS and Android

- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint 365 OnPrem/Online

- Understanding of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Office365, Teams,

SharePoint, and other Office 365 products

- Skilled in planning, coordinating, and leading training programs

- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues

- Ability to analyze the target audience and present ideas in user-friendly language

- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives

- Exceptional customer service orientation

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $29.56 - $35.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
