JD:

Client is currently looking for a seasoned IT Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the planning and

execution of various software development initiatives. The candidate will have a strong background in

SDLC methodologies and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience with project

management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

IT Integration:

- Assist in coordinating IT integration efforts across systems, applications, and infrastructure.

- Work with stakeholders to capture business needs, pinpoint integration challenges, and devise

appropriate strategies.

- Examine current IT systems and processes, identify duplications, gaps, and propose solutions for

integration.

- Lead discussions and consensus-building among department heads for integrated process and

system management.

- Assess the impacts of IT integration, identifying potential risks and dependencies, and recommend

countermeasures.

- Oversee change management and communication to ensure stakeholder engagement and smooth

transition.

Platform Migration (Google Services to Office 365):

- Lead discovery meetings with agency representatives to analyze their usage of Google Suite.

- Evaluate current dependencies on Google services to plan an effective migration strategy.

- Set migration goals with stakeholders, establish timelines, and define success metrics.

- Coordinate the migration process with project managers, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure a

seamless transition.

- Prepare documentation and training materials to support the adoption of Office 365.

- Handle migration challenges promptly to reduce downtime and ensure continuity for users.

- Document migration procedures and insights to streamline future migrations.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with business users and experts to document comprehensive business and functional

requirements.

- Analyze existing IT setups to pinpoint enhancement and optimization opportunities.

- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with IT teams.

- Align IT solutions with organizational objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Project Management and Documentation:

- Handle project scoping, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

- Track project progress, document potential risks, and maintain communication with all stakeholders.

- Produce detailed project documentation such as requirements specs, test plans, and user guides.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.

- Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related

fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Minimum of 6 years' experience in business analysis or project management, with a strong

emphasis on SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Agile tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.

- Strong communication skills, adept at interfacing with diverse groups and organizational levels.

- Experience in developing user documentation and streamlining business processes.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Required / Desired Skills:

- Extensive experience with medium to large-scale IT system implementations (Required, 6 years)

- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, user story creation, and outcome testing (Required, 6 years)

- Familiarity with SDLC protocols and various development methodologies (Required, 5 years)

- Experience in stakeholder management and expectation alignment (Required, 5 years)
