Responsibilities
- Understand business workflows (rules) that processes transactional data
- Review logs and access databases to validate test results
- Triage issues to isolate issues to particular module
- Create simulated data to test interfaces to external systems
- Prioritize work and tests based on software release
- Create and maintain test plans
Qualifications
- US Citizen, no dual citizenship
- Tested with CRM environment
- Experience with testing of external interfaces
- Experience in creation and executing test plans
- Worked with end users to demonstrate new features
- Ability to triage and isolate reported issues
- Preference for person to have some development experience that likes to test
