Brief Description
Conducttraining programs, including but not limited to new hires, new processes orprograms, and retraining
Responsibilities
oTravel to stores for on-site training, as needed.
oPromote customer service and satisfaction throughcontinued employee awareness training.
oTrack and support situations of non-compliance with therules, processes and procedures established by the company
oAbility to influence others with a positive attitude
oBeing entrepreneurial and highly intuitive
oShow confidence, patience, discretion, good judgment,strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
oBe a store support person, even be a link between thestores and the corporate office, as needed
oAbility to interact professionally with all levels ofthe organization and communicate through a positive influence
oDevelop and assist in the implementation of newprograms, policies and/or procedures
oDevelop and assist in the evaluation and effectivenessof training and development programs
oDevelopment of training materials, such as manuals,quick reference aids, PowerPoint presentations, and other training supportmaterials
oPreparation and updating of store menus and recipes.
oPreparation of recipes costs, as needed or when requiredby Management.
oGenerate weekly and monthly training reports, amongothers.
oCreation and/or updating of trainings in the Netchexsystem.Entry into the Netchex system of trainings performed toemployees.
oPreparation of training certificates made to employees.
oPreparation and updating of reports (alcohol andtobacco, forklift, training, etc.), as needed.
oRequest, delivery and tracking of managers' uniforms, asneeded.
oCoordination of trainings with external suppliers whenrequired.
oCoordination of new preparations, tasting and monitoringof approval with management (kitchens, pastry, etc.).
oPrinting, plasticizing and sending documents to stores(menus, certificates, etc.)
oArchive training documents.
oOther training-related tasks, as assigned to you
