Brief Description

Talent AcquisitionRecruiter works to optimize all aspects of the recruitment process. Deliveringrecruitment support internally to all stores, including developing innovativerecruitment and sourcing plans, advertising jobs, screening applicants,interviewing applicants and conducting candidate verification calls. The TalentRecruiter will also be responsible for sourcing candidates through variouschannels, engaging in a full range of activities that produce a pipeline ofcandidates for job vacancies in advance of need; managing recruitment,applicant flow, and any other recruitment-related activities and deliverables. Therecruiter is also responsible for planning interviews, selection procedures andhosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, youshould be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trustingrelationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talentpipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Talent AcquisitionRecruiter Responsibilities

·Develops,facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

·Perform job andtask analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

·Collaborates withdepartment managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate jobdescriptions and hiring criteria.

·Identifies andimplements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based onthe available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

·Assists with jobposting and advertisement processes.

·Screensapplications and selects qualified candidates.

·Schedulesinterviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring andselection materials.

·Assists with theinterview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers,directors, and other staff.

·Collaborates withthe hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process,identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and otherpertinent details.

·Ensures compliancewith federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and companypolicies.

·Attends andparticipates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

·Performs otherduties as assigned.
