Responsibilities

The Creative Lead is a dynamic role that leads our branding, design, and content creation practices for IDEAL Industries, Inc. The Creative lead will manage the creative team as well as actively creating digital first assets that will be featured on our websites, social media, emails, advertising, etc. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and managing branding including logos, brand books, and more. They will need to help develop and understand multiple brand identities and be able to bring them to life on digital. The Creative Lead works closely with the Marketing & Product Managers from each business in a way that help IDEAL achieve its objectives. The position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing, at IDEAL Corporate.

Responsibilities:

· Lead the creative team in developing and executing strategic, integrated, and innovative creative across digital brand touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on social, email, web, advertising, corporate communications, and content production.

· Collaborate with teammates, division marketers, and product teams to ensure alignment of creative strategies and content development with business objectives.

· Drive the development of impactful creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences, drive engagement, and achieve objectives.

· Manage, protect, and evolve supported brands in the digital space through execution & creation of brand books, logo management and enforcement of brand standards.

· Create polished, on-brand, static and motion assets.

· Develop an on-going pipeline of breakthrough photography and video assets utilizing our in-house studio and partner agencies.

· Partner with the Digital Data Analyst to understand customer insights, market trends, and performance of creative executions.

· Management of 2 direct reports and an in-house content studio.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Four-year college degree with 5-7 years post-college experience in graphic design, marketing communications or digital marketing (or the equivalent in experience)

· High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

· High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

· Management experience is preferred.

· Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

· Ability to plan and organize multiple workflows.

· Able to deal with people at all levels.

· Attention to detail and drive for results

· Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
