We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator for a full-time, 40-hour per week role. This position requires a shift from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, with slight variations to ensure comprehensive telephone coverage. The role primarily involves interactions with IDEAL Electrical, Industrial, OEM and Aerospace distributors and end users, as well as the IDEAL field sales team.
