Position: Entry Level Event Coordinator

About the Role: As an Entry Level Event Coordinator at Ideaboxpro, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to dive into the world of event planning and coordination, contributing to the success of our dynamic events.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
• Manage event budgets and expenses to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Oversee event setup, including décor, audiovisuals, and other arrangements.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors during events.
• Handle post-event evaluations and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing event needs.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
