Our ideal candidate is creative, highly strategic and results focused with a passion for social media, storytelling, and digital innovation in the B2B landscape. This person has the ability to develop creative concepts that break through, increase our audience, and improve engagement. We are particularly interested in someone who is enthusiastic, a problem solver, and excels in inspiring and driving collaborative efforts to achieve exceptional outcomes. Essential Job Functions Conceptualize, develop, and execute creative concepts. Develop, manage, and optimize the company's social channels to include a social media strategy that serves each channel, audience, campaigns (organic and paid), and spearhead a social media content calendar, to increase our brand presence and lead generation. A strong eye for creative design, and creative writing to ensure our social media content is visually appealing engaging and memorable. Develop a comprehensive strategy to systematically monitor, search, and curate the most compelling and diverse forms of user-generated content for publication across our social media platforms. Develop internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Engage with followers, partners, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and gather feedback. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the social strategy and report on progress to stakeholders. Be able to pivot and try new ideas. Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives. Work cross functionally with other marketing teams to leverage other campaign messaging. Ability to collect, interpret, and articulate data from various social media platforms, tools, and sources. Plan and implement an employee advocacy program to leverage our team's networks and expertise for promoting our brand.
