This role manages the professional, technical, administrative, and interpersonal activities of the global support center, document processing, cash receipts, procure to pay accounting support, and other assigned processes. As a member of the Enterprise Solutions leadership team, participate in the creation of an Enterprise Solutions/Customer support strategy, road map, and strong service level commitments to ensure high levels of customer services are met for internal and external customers. Have a relentless focus on continuous improvement and removes non-value-added activities to ensure a seamless and simple customer interaction. This role will also fulfill case management and ad hoc requests from the broader organization as needed.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university
