Idaho Fence is a small business in Post Falls, ID. We are professional, fast-paced and customer-centric.

Idaho Fence, the Inland Northwest’s premier fence supply and install company is looking for an experienced Scheduler and Office Assistant. This position requires strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a positive outlook are a must. The right candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and be able to navigate a multi-line phone system. Candidates with previous construction office experience will be given preference. This is a self-starter position that offers a Monday – Friday 8A-5P, full time seasonal office schedule. The responsibilities in this role are listed below, but not limited to:

· Scheduling of homeowner install estimates

· Electronic data submissions

· Route calls to appropriate individuals

· Proficient in spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and grammar

· Process checks, debit/credit, and cash transactions for customer payments

· Experienced with word, Excel, Google, and scheduling software

· Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with all departments

· Organizational and proficient typing skills

· Proofreading and Filing skills

· Applicant must be 18 years of age
