Front Desk Medical Assistant

Idaho Spine & Pain is a well-established interventional pain management practice that seeks to employ individuals who have long term goals of being in healthcare. We expect all of our employees to continually learn and eventually have a working knowledge of all different positions in the office.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers as they enter the office and set the tone for the patient experience.
• Check-in and check-out and guiding patient's through this process
• Phone calls and solving patient issues with great customer service
• Medical Records
• Greet and room patients and complete vitals.
• Recovery room
• Insurance verification, eligibility and authorizations

Qualifications:

• Customer service
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be innovative as all employees are encouraged to find ways to improve the practice.
• Must be willing to learn!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
