Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for the Volunteer Engagement team by collecting committee lists, updating membership database, and maintaining records.
• Consistently seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the day-to-day team operations. Drive implementation of new processes.
• Create or update PowerPoint presentations for virtual or in-person meetings with ICSC volunteer leaders.
• Collect and assess data related to volunteer programs and their outcomes; implement strategies related to achieving program goals.
• Maintain regular communication rhythms to keep ICSC volunteers informed and engaged in ICSC updates or event details.
• Provide support before, during, and after ICSC event as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide ongoing support and communication on Volunteer Engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of work experience in a client-facing or membership-facing role. Association or volunteer management experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time, occasionally over weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
