A strong understanding of dental insurance is a plus! An outstanding Dental Insurance Specialist will achieve excellent written and spoken customer service and share a professional relationship with insurance companies to ensure success in verifying patient benefits.
Our company is built on a high level of customer feedback to respond to the market’s needs more adeptly. We have a platform of cloud-based software and services which have earned more than 80 agreements with state and regional healthcare associations across the country.

Dental Insurance Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Preparing claims for payment by health insurance.
  • Proactively contacts insurance companies by phone, fax, online portal, and other resources to obtain and verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Updating patients' personal and health insurance details, as needed.
  • Ensuring that patient information remains confidential.
  • Entering information into practice management software.
  • Manage a variety of client tasks and dental practice management software

Dental Insurance Specialist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with CDT and ICD codes.
  • 1 year experience in a dental or medical practice or an insurance verification company
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Capacity to work with sensitive patient information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Computer and technology savvy a plus

Position:

Hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m
Location: at company HQ in Ocoee, FL
Work: In-office (NOT REMOTE)
Salary: Commensurate with experience
