We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Receiving visitors, clients and potential customers.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Providing information about products, services, and company policies
- Processing reservations for internal and external clients
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed
- Be proactive to anticipate client's needs and be able to upsell services
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation --- Opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is required (fluency and clarity are an absolute MUST)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional appearance and acumen ------------Punctuality is a MUST
