Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Input customer data and update records in the company's database.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures for call handling and quality assurance.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
