ICI Services is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Washington, DC

ICI Services is an Employee-Owned Company providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment support to government customers. We are seeking a Program Analyst to support our Navy customer in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance:

  • Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

General Tasking Description:

· Conduct analysis of user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements (systems engineering, deployment, and sustainment) for a large-scale multi-tiered information system.

· Assist with the establishment of standards and metrics for evaluating information systems performance and shall recommend procedures for improvement.

· Construct sound logical business improvement opportunities consistent with DoD information management (IM) principles, project cost savings using COTS solutions, including analyzing and reporting on open systems architecture, acquisition, implementation, and sustainment objectives.

· Implement processes for identifying, evaluating, and tracking program risks, participate in periodic meetings with configuration, and risk management team to assess and evaluate corrective action plans.

· Apply continuous process improvement practices to re-engineer methodologies/ principles and business modernization projects.

· Be responsible for authoring, updating, and managing all required program acquisition documents, plans and policies.

· Administrative responsibilities include preparing briefs, presentations, and cost spreadsheets.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-5 years’ experience in Financial or business management discipline.
  • Experience in supporting US Navy programs.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma with 4 Years of relevant experience.
