Austin Oasis , a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking part time receptionist. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with excellent communications skills, and be able to multi-task independently in a fast paced professional environment.

Job Duties:

• Greets and welcomes visitors; announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Courteously answers and routes phone calls in a timely manner.
• Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies.
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area.
• Interacting with clients and the general public, ensuring all visitors follow facility’s policy.
• Will be required to check all clients in and out of the facility appropriately
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Job Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and great work ethic
• Excellent telephone/email etiquette and customer service skills
