The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a temporary Sales Fulfillment Assistant to join the team.

Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will help with the day-to-day administrative needs of the Sales team. This role requires great attention to detail, flexibility, and thoughtful communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enters information accurately into systems
• General data entry tasks
• Assist with triaging shared outlook inbox
• Serves as liaison to other IAPP teams on behalf of the Sales team
• Provides general administrative assistance to the Director of Sales and the Sales Operations Manager
• Assist with answering general customer service questions
• Ensures customer service excellence and consistency
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required

Work Details

This role is a 6-month, temporary position (not benefits eligible)
