Iannessa Pediatric Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Office Assistant Near Moon, PA

Dental Office Assistant (Willing to Train Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, or Child Caregiver)
We are looking to hire a full-time dental assistant/front desk for full-time who is flexible and can work the front desk and back office. The ideal candidate is a dental assistant who wants to work at the front desk, but be able to jump in as needed to help with the back office. We are also open to training a Medical Assistant, Surgical Tech, or Child Caregiver looking for a change. They need to be comfortable serving as a receptionist, answering phones and verifying insurance, assisting the clinical staff, cleaning instruments to assisting the dentist. The potential candidate has to have a great personality and love working with children of all ages and their parents. The candidate also needs to be a team player. Our practice is a fast-paced, pediatric dental office where patients are seen every half hour. This candidate will need to take the initiative. We are also a digital practice, and the candidate must be comfortable utilizing technology, including digital imaging and charting. Medical or Dental charting experience preferred. The office's hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30-4:00, and Friday 8-3. Memorial Day to Labor Day, the office closes at 3. Willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • PA X-ray License(will train to attain)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Pediatric Experience preferred
  • Hep B Vaccine
  • COVID-19 Vaccine

Pay is based on experience. Benefits are available if the candidate meets eligibility including excellent Health Benefits.
