About the Job
i-Tech Support, an Acumatica Gold Certified Partner and leading Managed IT Services Provider based in Orlando, Florida, is in search of an exceptional Managed Services Provider (MSP) Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The MSP Sales Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services and solutions, along with exceptional sales and negotiation skills.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
    • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and objectives.
  • Sales and New Business Generation:
    • Develop tailored solutions and proposals that address clients' specific requirements and demonstrate the value of the MSP's services.
    • Present solutions to key decision-makers and influencers, effectively articulating the benefits and ROI of partnering with the MSP.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability for the company.
  • · Client Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
    • Engage in proactive client outreach to ensure satisfaction and uncover new business opportunities.
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • · Market Research and KPI Tracking:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position the MSP's offerings in the market.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services or technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and other IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. customer satisfaction and strive to exceed user expectations through prompt and effective support

  • The base salary for this role is $65K -90K dependent on experience with anticipated OTE = $95,000 (uncapped variable compensation)
