We are currently looking for a Full-Time Customer Service and Inbound Sales Representative who will also take charge of order fulfillment duties. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing outstanding customer service, has a great telephone personality, and has a keen eye for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels.

- Provide product information, assistance, and resolutions to customer queries.

- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and issues effectively.

2. Inbound Sales:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into successful sales transactions.

- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

3. Order Fulfillment:

- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate order packing and shipping.

- Monitor and track orders, providing customers with timely updates on shipment status.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service and/or inbound sales.

- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and systems.

- Enthusiastic, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
