About The Practice:
We are a charming, cozy office with a busy team comprised of two dentist, one hygienist practice that specialize in Laser, Botox, Restorative General Dentistry, Sleep (nightlase and MAD devices), Invisalign/Candid, and overall Dental Wellness. We aim to provide a Dental-Wellness Spa experience with a patient first mentality. Our patient base is a healthy mix of young and old from all around the general Seattle area. Very easy going team and patients.
Job Overview:
Newly Rebranded Seattle Practice looking to add a skilled and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to the team! Clinical Experience is a bonus but not required. Ideally, this candidate will already have front desk experience but we are happy to train the right person! The right person has a "can-do" attitude with a strong follow-through. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing administrative support and coordinating patient treatment plans. Full-Time, Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm W/occasional Fridays 8am-2pm

Duties:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, including scheduling appointments, collecting outstanding balances, and educating patients of their benefits and payment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for patients
- Assist with insurance verification when needed and updating the PMS software accordingly (We have a remote insurance verification specialist but any last minute added patients will require IV be done prior to their appointment)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
- Greet patients and provide them with necessary paperwork.
- Collect patient information and update electronic health records using Weave and Fuse.
- Collaborate with the clinical providers to ensure efficient patient flow and timely delivery of care
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience working in a dental office
- Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, GMAIL)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with phone systems and handling patient inquiries

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
