Production Team (Full-Time)
After a nationwide launch on ABC’s Shark Tank, Hydroviv has opened a new production facility in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. Task-specific training will be provided, so all qualified, hard-working, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
● Assemble, inspect, and pack Hydroviv’s products
● Assist in inventory control/monitoring
● Assist in receiving shipped goods that arrive at Hydroviv
● Housekeeping & other duties as assigned
Requirements
● Positive, collaborative attitude
● Willingness to work efficiently without micromanagement
● Self-motivated, sets exceptionally high standards for her/himself
● Proficient with use of hand tools
● Physical activity, including maneuvering around the facility (including back rooms), prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
● Willingness to be cross-trained on other tasks as needed
Compensation/Growth
- Starting wage is $17.00 with an increase to $18.00 after 90 days of employment.
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week
- Paid vacation/holidays
- Immediate eligibility to participate in company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
- Scope of responsibilities will grow for high performers
