The Corporate Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

*This position is fully onsite in Pewaukee, WI*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
2. Assists in developing recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
3. Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization.
4. Include diversity through pipeline, sourcing, and relationship management.
5. Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
6. Coordinates and participates in job fairs.
7. Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. This may include making public presentations at these organizations.
8. Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to proactively identify and recruit candidates.
9. Assists in writing job descriptions and reviewing job descriptions written by others that can be used in external and internal job postings or advertisements.
10. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of previous full cycle recruitment experience
