This position has a work week of 4 days week 10 hrs. a day. Position days/hours are Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm to 3:30am. Pay is $17-20/hr. to start plus a $2.00 shift premium. This is a full-time position with benefits and we are located in Clearwater, FL.

Pay is $17-20/hr. with new employee bonus structure listed below.

90 Days - $150 bonus

6 Months - $350 bonus

1 Year - $500 bonus

($1,000 total by 1 year of service)

Position Summary: Maintains production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies, and staging finished product.

Responsibilities

• Locates, verifies, and stages materials and supplies in accordance with production work orders
• Thoroughly documents quantities and locations of materials and supplies on production work orders
• Keeps track of all orders and dispatches priority orders first, in accordance with production schedule
• Maintains inventory by labeling materials and supplies in-stock and recording locations
• Identifies deficits in inventory and assemblies while staging, and notifies management immediately
• Issues materials and supplies against work orders by entering transactions in company ERP software in accordance with company procedure

Competencies & Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate (or learn to operate) a forklift and pallet jack while moving materials around the shop
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and remain on feet for long periods of time
• Displays a positive attitude
