• Core Duties: Manage the pulling and movement of raw materials for production use, and ensure accurate staging and transfer of finished products within warehouse facilities.
• Support Functions: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and use RF scanners to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
• Technical and Administrative Tasks: Unload, stage, and verify the accuracy of inbound raw materials. Load outbound finished products onto trailers for distribution.
• Compliance and Ethics: Follow all operational guidelines and safety protocols strictly.
• Flexibility for Role-Specific Tasks: Execute additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and team objectives.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and in shipping/receiving operations.
• Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of using technological tools like RF scanners effectively.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60-100 pounds with team assistance and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Other Requirements: Full range of peripheral vision to safely manage warehouse tasks.
