Hyde Leadership Charter School-Brooklyn is Hiring an Operations Coordinator Near Brooklyn, NY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Student Data and Information

  • Manage audit of student records for ongoing completeness and accuracy – ensure that every student record is accurate and updated on a timely basis
  • Run reports from ATS for the school leadership team to manage daily and weekly operational performance
  • Oversee student attendance data process and ensure that it is reconciled and accurate on a daily basis
  • Produce academic and school culture reports (i.e., report cards, awards, gold cards)
  • Use ATS and PowerSchool to manage and record new student enrollment and discharges (Serve as back up to Operations Asst.)
  • Manage the operational logistics of student test administration (interim and standardized testing), including the distribution of test materials to the classroom (Serve as back up to Operations Asst.)

General School Support

  • Assist Director of Operations in preparing facility annually for new school year launch
  • Assist with planning and implantation of school special events
  • Greet and assist visitors from Main Office
  • Answer and redirect calls
  • Create and distribute flyers and correspondence to families weekly including administrative functions such as fax operations and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements

  • Attend the annual Hyde 101 Training
  • Demonstrated success working in an urban school setting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
