From fine leather, furs, and shearling to our exceptional overdyed denim and cashmere shirts made in Italy, our commitment is to quality and style. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to enhance our dynamic team.

Position Description:

A Sales Manager with Hyde Fur & Shearling demonstrates a passion for delivering superb client experiences, consistently meets sales plans, and exudes a leadership style that positively influences others by modeling effective behaviors leveraging an increase in productivity while promoting a fun, authentic, team player atmosphere that is professional, flexible and enjoyable. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission pay structure.

Responsibilities:

• Create memorable interactions that build customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Consistently meets personal and location sales plans
• Passion for clienteling that WOWs our VIP, increases event traffic, conversion, and revenue, building long-term lasting relationships
• Engage with clients with charismatic and knowledgeable service
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives
• Implement sales strategies, training programs, and techniques
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Perform regular cycle counts and yearly physical inventory
• Knowledgeable on the company’s policies and guidelines and delivers updates to team members as needed
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is operationally to standard
• Participating in local and potentially national events to promote our products

Requirements:

• For Hyde, brand values and a true ambassador with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proven experience as a luxury brand manager or similar position
• Shows enthusiasm for fashion and an understanding of industry trends
• Proven ability to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals utilizing behaviors that drive KPI growth
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and a desire to interact with a diverse clientele
• Exemplifies a mindset of “no task is too big or too small”, is intuitive, reliable, and optimistic
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
• Demonstrates proficiency with multiple online tools and computer programs used for daily business.
• Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and sales statistics
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
