Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Focus (Weekly/Monthly):

• Developing, implementing, and ensuring accountability in Standard Operating Procedures
• Spearheading Payroll Management and weekly submission execution
• Nurturing the Executive Eats brand image

Daily Operations:

• Crafting engaging social media content and email blasts
• Overseeing retail merchandising and ensuring all food in cases are correctly labeled and priced
• Managing the Front of House cleaning schedule
• Ensuring the safety and security of the store through efficient opening and closing procedures

Key Priorities:

• Enhancing employee training programs
• Boosting employee morale
• Simplifying business processes
• Leading by example to inspire and motivate the team

Compensation & Benefits: A competitive salary package will be offered, reflecting the successful applicant's experience.

Working Hours:

• Minimum 5.5 days per week, minimum 45 hours/week
• Two evening shifts weekly
• One Saturday and one Sunday per month, balanced with the leadership team's schedules
• Availability needed during holidays and for store effectiveness during evenings and weekends

Leave Allowances:

• Personal Days: 3
• Paid Vacation: 5.5 consecutive days
