Executive Chef Position

Role Overview: As our Executive Chef, you'll spearhead our kitchen operations, bringing your unique flair to our menu while maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This role is perfect for an Executive Chef who wants some freaking creativity in their kitchen, Quality communication with unified alignment, and most importantly you are eager to step into a position of leadership, offering the chance to innovate, inspire, and set new benchmarks in culinary excellence. 

We are looking for an Executive chef that wants to be in the Kitchen! You are not affraid to roll up your sleeves, you can communicate effectively to your team. At the end of the day you are looking for a chance to shine.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Cost Management: Effectively manage kitchen budgets and resources, optimizing costs without compromising quality
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure every dish serves as a testament to our commitment to exceptional dining experiences
  • Team Development: Invest in the growth of your team, identifying and nurturing talent within the kitchen
  • Sustainability and Ethics: Champion sustainable practices and ethical sourcing, reflecting our commitment to responsible culinary excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A passionate and inventive culinary professional, ideal experience: Experience taking over a kitchen with an existing team in place
  • You are a lead by example personality, anything you ask your staff to do is something you have done yourself attitude
  • Longevity, 3-5 years in 1 Establishment, if you have had 3-4 roles in the last 3 years, you will be rejected 
  • A proven track record of culinary excellence and innovation
  • A background working for Restaurant Groups and single owner establishments
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team 
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, 

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining environment, including leadership roles ( You know how to PLATE your dishes
  • Food Safety Certification (e.g., ServSafe)
