We are seeking an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our talented, dynamic team in St. Cloud, FL.
**Must be local to work on-site in our office - must reside local to the Central FL area.
We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, dependable individual to manage our office of 25 employees in St. Cloud; desired skills include Human Resources, Day-to-Day office operations, customer service, project coordination, administrative skills/taking meeting minutes, and completing help desk tickets (training provided).
Responsibilities will include taking meeting minutes, coordinating meetings, data entry, and assisting the technical team with project tasks. This will include assisting the technical team with resolving help desk tickets (training will be provided). This position will also handle office tasks such as office inventory, opening/closing the office daily, ensuring the office area is tidy and organized, running company errands, human resource tasks for staff, and assisting the executive staff as needed.
Advanced Microsoft Excel spreadsheet experience required. Experience with Help Desk and Jira a Plus, but not required. Must be a team player, self-starter with a passion for customer service and technology. Must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, highly organized and flexible to support the project as needed for success. Must be able to interact with varying technical positions across the company and project.
