As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent hospitality skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and guest accounts - Verify and balance all revenue and settlement accounts - Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest account statements - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and friendly manner - Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and resolving issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Follow all hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests Qualifications: - Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of hotel management systems is an asset - Bilingual proficiency is desirable but not required - Professional phone etiquette We offer competitive pay rates and provide training for the right candidate.
