We have an exciting opportunity within our Front Office as an Overnight Guest Experience Host / Night Audit. This position was designed for our Guests to have a seamless check in and check out experience. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Overnight Guest Experience Host will assist guests with account settlements, luggage to and from their guestroom, communication of hotel services and promotion, providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants, in and around Portland and answering guest phone calls.

• Ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to push/pull/carry 35 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests and colleagues
• Previous customer service experience preferred
