**Summary**

The PMO Leader is accountable to develop, maintain, deploy, and continuously improve a best in class program/project management process in the pursuit of delivering customer and shareholder value. They are responsible to ensure the requisite governance and oversight on all ATS Eng programs/projects across all site locations &; market segments. In partnership with ATS Engineering site &; market segment leadership, they ensure ATS Eng fulfills customer &; internal commitments for delivery, quality, and financial performance while achieving stakeholder satisfaction. role is also intended to be customer facing as a senior leader engaged &; owning some select accounts. This ATS Engineering executive responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) decision making, escalation handling, strategic relationships, and active account growth pursuit.

**Detailed Description**

Lead the Program Management Organization for ATS Engineering across all segments (HealthTech, A&D, Capital Equipment and Industrial/Smart Energy) AND across all engineering sites (CTH, CSP, CMG, CPO, CNO).

Attracts, develops, and retains high-caliber program/project leaders & individual contributors

Fosters a team culture of excellence hallmarked by empowerment, entrepreneurialism, commercially-savvy, and customer focused

Partners across ATS Engineering, sales, markets (account leads, GCBU GMs), operations, procurement and the support functions (human resources, IT, finance) to ensure the successful execution of projects & programs, initiatives, and other strategic objectives.

Own the aggregate global ATS Engineering program/project performance

Tactically-partners (directs, delegates, influences) with the site & market segment teams to support the fulfillment of customer & internal commitments for delivery, quality, and financial performance while achieving stakeholder satisfaction

Tactically-ensures appropriate program/project governance and associated stakeholder visibility through the MOS execution

Strategically-develops, maintains, deploys and continuously improves a best in class program/project management process & MOS

Owns strategic customer partnerships and tactical customer management (for select projects, customers, or accounts)

Tactically-serves as a customer facing SR. Engineering leader in the escalation & decision- making hierarchy on opportunities, projects & programs.

Strategically-serves as a customer advocate who fosters select strategic relationships to gather Voice of the Customer (product roadmaps, unspoken needs, competitive intelligence), contribute to account growth plan & opportunity win strategies, and support their realization through direct engagement

Contribute, influence, advocate, and deploy the overall ATS Engineering mission, vision, and strategy as a member of the ATS Engineering leadership team.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**

Strongly prefer advanced Program/Project Management training or certification (PMP, APM (Association for Project Mgt), etc)

Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills Good presentation, database management and computer skills

Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.

Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high performance while under stressful conditions (deadlines, customer pressure, internal commitments, etc.)

**Physical Demands**

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Occasional overnight travel may be required.

**Typical Experience**

A minimum of 12 years industry experience; prefer 15 years

Professional career including but not limited to: Engineer, Project Management, Functional/Organizational Management (direct reports), customer-facing roles

Breadth of experience across many different types of products and markets; possesses knowledge & know-how for commercial practices and the associated cadence & customer expectations required in the major ATS Markets (Industrial, Energy, Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare, LiveScience, and Semiconductor segments)

Achievement of DIR (or Sr. Management equivalent at a large global org) Organizational Level.

**Typical Education**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering field (some consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Prefer Masters Degree in Engineering or Business

Salary Range: $156k-$200k Annually

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary.
