• Check-in/out of guests, answering internal/external telephone calls, providing directions, answering all guest questions regarding the local area and all other tasks as they are assigned by the leadership team
• Balance and audit for accuracy in regard to room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
• Transmit credit card batches
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents
• Act as hotel system liaison during night hours
• Perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required; assist in booking room reservations; assist in answering hotel phone calls and notifying guests of message, assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
