Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using sales management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with excellent phone etiquette.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
