We have a Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Showroom Sales Consultant to join the team at a respected supplier of plumbing and lighting fixtures.

Pay starts at $23.00-$30.00 per hour, plus bonuses, typically $1,000-$3,000 per year. Showroom Sales Consultants work 4 weekdays from 10:00am-6:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED/equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience consulting in a plumbing showroom environment
• Exceptional level of professionalism and people skills
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems preferred
• Quick and eager learner
• Ability to work Saturdays

The Showroom Sales Consultant works with homeowners, architects, designers, and key specifiers to sell bath, kitchen, and lighting fixtures, as well as overseeing the sales process from initial client meeting to specification, quote, order, and delivery. As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will foster, build, and maintain key client relationships through consistent follow-up, showroom event participation, and outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project pipeline to meet or exceed individual and showroom sales budgets
• Provide a destination experience for all clients to build brand loyalty and ensure return clientele
• Ensure showroom and product are presentable and in order
• Coordinate and communicate product receiving and delivery information with clients, troubleshooting issues accordingly
• Place product POs, checking internal stock status and liaising with vendors to confirm availability and pricing as necessary
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of Frank Webb Home product offerings, partaking in vendor events and trainings when available
• Create warehouse transfers and order splits as necessary
• Participate in industry and showroom events as necessary
• Miscellaneous support duties as needed
