This position will be responsible for the quality of laboratory services by monitoring process for conformance to requirements. Prepares quality assurance reports. Maintains CAP accreditation program and proficiency testing.
Qualifications: Required:
(Clinical lab) B.S. Degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science or Medical Technology, from an accredited institution with four years of laboratory experience and preferred MT/MLS certification by A.S.C.P. - OR - H.E.W. certification with 5 years of full-time clinical laboratory experience
Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Four years of technical supervisor.
